A man is now in custody after apparently trying to steal the Victoria Clipper.
The high speed catamaran was found adrift in Elliott Bay Sunday morning with the man on board.
The Coast Guard and Seattle Police SWAT were called after an employee called to report it missing around 8:30 a.m.
Officials say the man would not cooperate with the Seattle Bomb Squad and SWAT officials for more than two hours.
