There was a time a generation ago that if you went to a professional baseball game, your only choice of food was a hot dog and a beer. Those days are long gone and the hometown Seattle Mariners have added a myriad of menu items to make your experience more enjoyable for 2025.

Mariners Vice President of Fan Experience Malcolm Rogel and the new Executive Chef Craig McAlister curated the choices.

“We are thrilled to offer what we believe is the best ballpark menu in baseball,” Rogel said in a Mariners blog. “With player-inspired dishes, a fantastic lineup of local partners, and an expanded value program, there’s something for everyone at the ballpark this summer.”

Fans can look forward to a variety of new choices, including an expanded Value Menu. New local and regional partners joining the lineup include Great State Burger, Sumo Dog and Nakagawa Sushi, alongside returning favorites like Moto Pizza, Ivar’s and Kidd Valley.

Some of this year’s new player-inspired menu items with descriptions from the Mariners

Ichiro Suzuki:

  • Ichi Wings: Available at the Walk-Off Market (sect. 105), these wings feature a teriyaki and sesame glaze, inspired by a recipe created for Ichiro in the clubhouse kitchen.

“We’re excited to continue delivering a world-class hospitality program at T-Mobile Park,” said Meagan Murray of Sodexo Live!, a food provider for the stadium. “From our expanded value menu and creative new offerings by our talented chef to fresh bites from local partners, we can’t wait for fans to experience all that’s new this year.”
