Marshawn Lynch wins appeal for $50,000 fine

Marshawn Lynch won’t have to pay a $50,000 fine after all for refusing to talk to the media.

Lynch announced Wednesday on his Facebook page he appealed the fine levied by the NFL and won.

He’ll still be coughing up some cash, but for a good cause.

While fans had started an online fundraiser to pay the fine, the Seahawks running back says he’ll match the full amount raised with a donation that will go to charity.

Lynch didn’t offer any further details about the appeal process. There’s no word from the NFL.
