Missing Cowlitz County toddler found safe

A toddler missing from Cowlitz County has been found safe.
Diamond Lily Moore, 16 months old, was reported missing Wednesday morning.
KING 5 reports investigators believe Moore’s mother was hiding the child after refusing to give her up to child protective services.
Christina Char Moore, 30, was ordered to give up custody of the child on Monday after concerns over alleged drug use, according to KING 5.
Correction on Aug. 12:
The original story erroneously reported an Amber Alert was issued, but the sheriff’s office in Cowlitz County said it wasn’t broadcasted as an Amber Alert.
