Update: The Yelm Police Department reports 54-year-old Thomas Goodman has been found. His condition is being evaluated. Police say officers were dispatched to an area near George Rd. and found the missing man. He was last seen September 5th.

A missing person alert has been issued for a man last seen wearing a Civil War reenactment uniform in Yelm.
The Washington State Patrol (WSP) announced that 54-year-old Thomas Goodwin was last seen on Sept. 5 on George Road SE between roughly 8 and 9 p.m.
Goodwin was reportedly seen walking on foot and has no known associated vehicle for travel.
WSP noted that there was no information on what direction Goodwin was traveling.
Goodwin is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs roughly 190 pounds. He has gray hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a complete gray Civil War reenactment uniform with blue pants.
If anyone has information on Goodwin’s whereabouts, they are urged to call 911 immediately.
