Multi-car rollover crash snarls traffic on I-5 in Tacoma

All lanes of I-5 in Tacoma were blocked for nearly an hour Thursday afternoon following a rollover crash near S. 48th St.

The Washington State Patrol said a pickup truck lost control while driving on northbound I-5 near 56th and struck the inside barrier. The debris hit four cars going southbound on I-5.

The Tacoma Fire Department says one patient was taken to the hospital.
