All lanes of NB I-5 reopen in Mt. Vernon after collision closes lanes

All lanes of northbound I-5 at Anderson Road (milepost 225) in Mount Vernon have now been reopened, following an early morning collision.
Lanes were closed for roughly three hours while Washington State Patrol conducted its investigation of the fatal incident.
