Pedestrian dies after being struck on Seattle’s Beacon Hill

Seattle Police are investigating a car vs. pedestrian fatality accident in the North Beacon Hill neighborhood.

A woman was struck by a car at the intersection of Beacon and McClellan around 11:40 a.m.

Seattle police report that the woman was in her 70s and taken to Harborview Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.

Seattle Police are investigating the incident and have interviewed a male driver at the scene.
