Man killed by Sound Transit train in South Seattle

Update: A man was killed after being hit by a Sound Transit train Monday morning.

Link light rail service was not operating between Columbia City and Rainier Beach stations for hours because of a pedestrian trapped on the tracks. Service resumed around 9:30 a.m.
Firefighters were called to the scene on Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and South Othello Street at about 6:30 a.m. Monday.
