Police arrest multiple people during march that turned destructive

Thirteen people marching and demonstrating in Seattle were arrested Saturday evening, police said.
Officers initially made several arrests in the 200 block of Columbia Street.
Some of the marchers were also dragging signs and other items into the road, police said.
Just before 9:10 p.m., police said they arrested others in the 200 block of Cherry Street for obstruction, assaulting an officer and other crimes.
As the group continued to march, some people broke multiple windows and vandalized a business at Second Avenue and Lenora Street, police said.
