Seattle police have released surveillance video they hope will help them figure out what happened to a 33-year-old man found injured and robbed in Belltown after leaving a wedding reception.
The video shows the man talking with two men and a woman near 4th and Lenora at 1:40 a.m., about ten minutes after he left the wedding party at a hotel at 4th Avenue and Stewart Street on Sept. 15.
He was found bloodied and unconscious and missing his wallet, watch, and cellphone.
Police say the man and a group of friends had planned to go to a bar in Pike Alley, but he never arrived.
The others were walking back to their hotel when an ambulance driver stopped them and said he had just transported a man found unconscious, injured and wearing a matching tuxedo, to Harborview Medical Center. The group then realized they had not seen the 33-year-old man at the bar.
Police are asking the public to contact Seattle police at 206-684-5535 if they recognize the three people or happen to be one of them and can help solve the crime.
