Power restored for nearly 7,500 customers in Queen Anne

A power outage affected nearly 7,500 Seattle City Light customers Monday morning in North Seattle.

The power outage began at 6:14 a.m., affecting areas in Queen Anne between the Mount Pleasant Cemetery and Kinnear Park.

Power restored for thousands in Queen Anne

At the time the power outage was announced, Seattle City Light reported that 7,480 customers were affected. Only four Queen Anne customers remain without power.

The estimated power restoration time was set for 10:15 a.m. However, Seattle City Light was able to restore power at approximately 8 a.m.

Seattle City Light crews are currently investigating the cause of the power outage.
