The Puyallup Police Department (PPD) is investigating after a man was found dead in the wooded area of Bradley Lake Park.

Officers found the body inside a tent on Tuesday, PPD reported.

Detectives have responded to the scene, along with the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.

“At this time, there is no threat to the public, and no individuals are outstanding. This appears to be an isolated incident,” the police department stated.

Bradley Lake Park is still open.

“We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as investigators complete their work,” PPD stated.
