An award of up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a suspect known as the AK-47 bandit.

The armed bank robber is suspected in four robberies in three states, including a Chase Bank robbery in North Bend in July.

The King County Sheriff’s Office released video from the North Bend robbery last summer.

In the video surveillance, the suspect is seen wearing a black mask. He has also been observed in tactical gear, a blue ballistic vest, or a green mesh vest marked “Sheriff.”

A reddish, orange Jeep Liberty used as a getaway car was spotted at the North Bend incident.

Authorities say the suspect carries an AK-47 style weapon and fired on one police officer in the first robbery he is suspected in, in Chino, Calif.

Anyone with information about the suspect or his whereabouts are warned not to approach him. Tips can be called into the phone line specifically for this case at 1-855-9-BANDIT, to the King County Sheriff’s Office at 206-296-3311 or to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Specific criteria set by those offering the reward must be met to receive full payment of the reward.
