Seattle’s Matthews Beach Park water closed due to contamination event

A warning was issued Tuesday to stay out of Matthews Beach Park in Seattle due to a contamination event.
The water at Matthews Beach Park is closed until April 4 at 7:30 p.m., Seattle Parks announced.
The contamination event is currently being addressed by Seattle Public Utilities.
For any additional information, Seattle Parks urged to contact Seattle Public Utilities.
