Dozens of people took to the streets of downtown Seattle on Wednesday evening to break windows and vandalize buildings.

One person was arrested for property damage. A second was arrested for assault, and a third arrested for investigation of burglary.

The group began marching from Occidental Park in Pioneer Square around 4 p.m. Wednesday, before moving toward downtown.

Anywhere from 50 to 100 people were dropping leaflets asking for the federal government to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The SPD reports some lit an American flag on fire outside the ICE offices.

The group then marched toward 5th Avenue and Marion Street, where they reportedly “tore down plywood window coverings and then broke several windows.”

Officers followed the group, and created road blocks for traffic. They eventually issued a dispersal order.

Windows were broken at courthouse on 6th Avenue, at an Amazon Go store, and at the Starbucks in Pike Place Market.

A dispersal order was issued shortly after 5:30 p.m. Around 6 p.m., SPD officers arrested a 22-year-old male suspect for the damage to the courthouse. A 29-year-old woman was then arrested near 2nd Avenue and Cherry, who was allegedly “assaulting another citizen.”

The third and final arrest of the night was a 33-year-old man for damaging the windows at the Pike Place Starbucks, and allegedly attempting to enter the building.

The group dispersed around 9 p.m. after returning to Occidental Park.
