Police are investigating a shooting on Monday night in Federal Way that left three injured and one 17-year-old boy dead.
Officers arrived at Steel Lake Park around 10 p.m after receiving reports of gunshots and yelling.
The teenager died at the scene. The second victim is a 22-year-old man who was taken to Harborview with life-threatening injuries.
St. Francis Hospital later reported a third victim — a 12-year-old boy — with non life-threatening injuries. After 11 p.m., a fourth victim — a 30-year-old man — called police to report he’d also been shot.
He did not have life-threatening injuries, according to St. Francis Hospital.
Later, officers detained a 28-year-old Tacoma woman, who they believe is a potential suspect.
All four victims are Tacoma residents.
