Person, 2 dogs rescued from shed after apartment deck collapses in Snoqualmie

A deck collapsed at an apartment building in Snoqualmie, with one person and two dogs falling into a shed below Tuesday, the Snoqualmie Fire Department (SFD) reported.
The collapse occurred on NE Newton Street in downtown Snoqualmie at approximately 9:25 p.m.

SFD crews responded to a report of a second-story deck collapsing, and one person was trapped after the fall.
Firefighters successfully rescued the person and two dogs trapped in the fall.
SFD mentioned the trapped person was alert and conscious following the rescue and was transported to a hospital.
Eastside Fire and Rescue, Fall City Fire Department, and Bellevue Medics aided in the response.
