Forecasters say there is a chance of snow in the Puget Sound lowlands this week.

Snow enters the forecast Tuesday night, with the National Weather Service predicting the snow level will fall to 600 feet with the chance of precipitation at 90 percent.

“It’s possible Wednesday morning as well,” said Jay Neher with the National Weather Service.

On Wednesday, the snow level is expected to drop to 500 feet.
