Two State Patrol troopers fired at a driver they say rammed one of their patrol cars following a chase.
It started in Lynnwood where one trooper tried to make a traffic stop. Trooper Keith Leary says the chase ended in Shoreline.
“There were two troopers involved in that pursuit. One of their vehicles was rammed by the suspect vehicle,” explained Leary.
Sometime after that, both troopers fired their guns. The suspect was hit in the leg and ran a short distance before he was captured and arrested.
He’s been taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with a leg wound.
