Two men shot in Seattle’s University District

Two men were shot in Seattle’s University District just before 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
Police found one victim near Northeast 42nd Street and University Way Northeast. Police also found bullet holes in cars in the immediate area.
A second victim was found about a block away.
Both victims are in their early 20s. One was shot in the head; the other was shot in the chest.
The victims were taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Seattle police said there is no suspect information at this time, but more information would be provided later Thursday morning.
