Panda Express is introducing a bold new dish to its menu, but only in select cities, including five Washington locations.

The popular restaurant chain has begun testing a limited-time entrée called Dynamite Sweet and Sour Chicken in 10 metro areas across the U.S., according to KING 5

The new dish features Buldak, a spicy flavor made famous by South Korean brand Samyang, which Panda Express calls the world’s leading spicy brand. This marks the first time Samyang’s Buldak flavor has been used in partnership with a U.S. restaurant.

Panda Express tests spicy new dish at select Washington locations

Washington is one of only a few regions selected for the trial run, with five Panda Express locations in the state serving the new item. Other test markets include major cities such as New York, Chicago, Houston, and San Diego.

Customers interested in trying the Dynamite Sweet and Sour Chicken can find it at the following locations: 21940 Pacific Hwy 99, Edmonds, WA 98026; 15842 1st Avenue South, Burien, WA 98148; 17335 SE 270th Place, Covington, WA 98042; 6101 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA 98406; and 10417 Gravelly Lake Drive SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.
