Three Washington sandwich shops featured in Yelp’s top 100 list for 2025

Three Washington sandwich shops landed on the inaugural Top 100 Sandwich Shops list created by Yelp reviewers for 2025.

In honor of National Sandwich Month, Yelp compiled a nationwide selection of the 100 best sandwich shops using current Yelp reviews to guide its rankings.

WA sandwich shops make the cut

Konvene Coffee and Un Bien, both from Seattle, found their way into the Top 100 Sandwich Shops list. The third Washington sandwich shop included in the list was Urban Chops of Auburn.

Urban Chops, an Asian-inspired sandwich shop serving a Thai chili shrimp and pork banh mi, as well as crispy chicken bao sandwiches stuffed with bacon and an assortment of vegetables, was ranked No. 67 on the list.

Urban Chops currently boasts a 4.7-star rating from more than 350 Yelp reviewers.

Konvene Coffee

Konvene Coffee ranked at No. 71. Located two blocks from Seattle Center, right above the Mercer Street QFC, Yelp reviewers rated Konvene Coffee a 4.8-star rating from nearly 200 reviews.

Konvene Coffee offers a variety of egg sandwiches, including bacon, egg, and white cheddar with aioli on a brioche bun. The shop also offers a sandwich made on Macrina’s ciabatta bread that features roast beef, white cheddar, horseradish aioli, marinated shallots, and arugula.

Un Bien

Un Bien ranked No. 77 on the list, averaging a 4.7-star rating from more than 1,500 Yelp reviews.

Un Bien currently has three locations, two in Ballard and one in Queen Anne. Un Bien specializes in Caribbean cuisine, offering a wide variety of sandwiches and dishes on its menu.

The Caribbean Roast sandwich, including pork shoulder coated in marinade, is the highest-reviewed Un Bien sandwich with nearly 348 reviews. Un Bien also offers the Press, a roasted pork sandwich with banana peppers, smoked ham, and Swiss cheese melted together on a hot press.
