A woman who allegedly threatened Governor Inslee is in custody.

The Bellingham Herald reports 42-year-old Deborah Lindor could face a felony charge for what Washington State Patrol spokesperson Kyle Moore said was a “physical threat.”

According to state law, “Whoever knowingly and willfully … [makes] any threat to take the life of or to inflict bodily harm upon the governor of the state or his or her immediate family … shall be guilty of a class C felony.”

Lindor was arrested back July, according to the Herald. She later pleaded guilty to two felonies after she threw a rock at a jail lobby window and struck a corrections deputy.
