Woman arrested for DUI after getting RV stuck in Taco Bell drive-thru

Dec 8, 2019, 11:36 AM | Updated: 12:02 pm

Police in Kennewick responded to reports of an RV stuck in a Taco Bell drive-thru late Thursday night.

Investigators say that a 56-year-old woman attempted to drive a large RV the wrong way into the drive-thru at the Plaza Way location just after midnight. An employee called police after the motorhome got stuck.

Officers asked to see the woman’s license and registration. When she went inside the RV to look for documents, she laid down and tried to take a nap on her couch.

She was arrested and booked into jail, proving that it is possible to get a DUI without ever leaving your “home.”
