Interview with RYAT; Chop Suey show tonight!

Completely amazing Philly-based guy/girl duo RYAT are playing the Chop Suey tonight along with Reporter and Glitter Bang and you really should check them out if you know what’s good for ya. Christina Ryat is a multi-instrumentalist who uses live electronics, instruments, pedals, and software to manipulate and loop her full layers of songs and then you have Tim Conley who works the guitar, synth and bass as well as showing off his skills with a laptop. These guys have just released their mind altering album Avant Gold, they’ve been featured in the pages of NYLON and Self-Titled, they just got back from SXSW, they have a Daytrotter session coming up and had the track ‘Not For This Lifetime’ (Botony Remix) from their Avant Gold Remixed album premiere on RCRD LBL. Whew! These two are hot.

RYAT were kind enough to stop by for a chit and a chat and couldn’t have been cooler.
