Plants and Animals @ The Crocodile; Chat + Free Tickets Here

Plants and Animals are guitarist-vocalists Warren Spicer and Nic Basque and drummer-vocalist Matthew Woody Woodley, an indie-rock band from Montreal who write songs that you should listen to and love. These guys have been on the scene for several years and have been steadily amassing a dedicated group of fans that pack out just about every show. Beginning as a purely experimental, instrumental group, over the years the trio have slowly morphed into a full fledged rock band with singer and all. They’ve racked up EP’s and LP’s alike with their latest LP, The End of That being released just a short time ago.

Plants and Animals are playing this Thursday, March 22nd at The Crocodile but before they do, bandmate Woody was kind enough to drop by the mixtape to chat about the weather in Montreal, music, what Woody thinks about having a singer in the group, opening for Cee Lo, how to deal with irritated Frenchmen and we play a rousing game of ‘Is it a Plant or an Animal: Latin Edition’
