Everett High School reclaims ‘I’m the Man’ song for Seahawks

Apr 24, 2014, 12:36 PM | Updated: 12:47 pm

Seahawks fans have a mixed relationship with the song “I’m the Man” featured in a number of Beats by Dre ads.

Some fans took offense to the ad featuring 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick as the mean fans in the video were wearing what appeared to be Seahawks colors.

When Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman got his own Beats by Dre ad featuring the same song, some of that scorn might have been forgiven.

But now, thanks to the students at Everett High School, there’s no doubt who the song belongs to.

Watch their video, “I’m the (12th) Man:”
