City Heights Property Developer Reacts to Cle Elum Bankruptcy

Property developer Sean Northrop, whose development company City Heights is owed nearly $27 million dollars from the city of Cle Elum, joined the John Curley Show Wednesday to share his reaction to the city evidently walking away from the negotiating table to become only the second city in Washington's history to file for Chapter 9 municipal bankruptcy
