Eggslut cracks open in Seattle’s Capitol Hill—Is the name too much or just some scrambled fun?

Eggslut, an international breakfast restaurant chain with locations stretching as far as London and Tokyo, has found a new home—Seattle. Its newest location will be at 1531 Melrose Avenue in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, replacing Homegrown Sandwiches. Egglsut is known for its assortment of egg-themed breakfast sandwiches, served on a toasted brioche bun, and sides including its truffle hashbrowns.
