Help deliver Christmas to a dying boy

Jacob Thompson was diagnosed with cancer at five-years-old. Amazingly, he’s survived four years but last month learned his Neuroblastoma had spread and has about a month left to live. He has one request for his final weeks.

His dad tells WCSH TV that Jacob loves Christmas and he’d like one final Christmas. Next week, the family plans to do that for him from his hospital room and they need your help to pull it off. Jacob would like Christmas cards.

Dad says Jacob would especially love penguin-theme Christmas cards because his life’s motto is “live like a penguin.: That, according to family, translates to “be friendly, stand by each other, go the extra mile, jump into life and be cool.”

We’ve seen these requests before and the kids always get mountains of cards. Now, you can be part of this special day for Jacob.
