Bellevue-based Imprev, Inc., a provider of personalized marketing materials for more than 200,000 real estate agents worldwide, has introduced an Apple iPad application to help agents corral the next generation of home buyers.
“Generation Y buyers expect to be shown listings and information instantly and in person,” said Marni Blanco, vice-president of e-Business for RE/MAX International.
RE/MAX Presenter allows agents to sit next to a customer and walk them step-by-step through the marketing experience they’re going to provide.
More than 1,800 RE/MAX agents downloaded the application – the first of its type for the iPad – the first day the “app” was offered.
“It’s the type of tool that helps with agent recruiting,” Blanco said. “Cool tools attract agents looking to enhance their business.”
