‘Big college’ is running the greatest scam of all time

Bernie Sanders supporters have miscast who is attacking them. Whose boot is really on their neck?

There is a 28-second clip on the web of a young college student explaining why she’s voting for Bernie. Her reason is because she’s $226,000 in college loan debt.

Who put the boot on her neck? Who forced this woman to go into debt? One of the boots was her own. But the other boot was the machine of big college. It’s remarkable what big college gets away with. They’ve made sure that the only way you get into a career is through college. Even if you have demonstrable skills, it’s very difficult to have a profitable career without a college degree.

Talk about a twisted economic system.

But do you know what would make that degree even more expensive? Making it free!

That woman didn’t care about getting in debt to the tune of $226,000 while she was going to school because she believed the lie that she was going to get the money back. It’s the promise of “Big College.”

But are any of these students going to care how much college costs if the government pays for them to go to college; when you and I are forced to pay for it?

Of course not, and this is the greatest scam in the history of scams.

Big colleges have driven the price up; they have worked with employers so that you can’t get a decent job unless you go through their four-year puzzle of unneeded classes. They drive the costs up and then say there’s nothing else they can do to bring the price down.

A great scam and a canary in a coal mine.
