Heart’s Ann Wilson to sing National Anthem at Kraken’s first home game

Ann Wilson of the band Heart, a Seattle-area local, will help to open Climate Pledge Arena on Oct. 23 at the Seattle Kraken’s first home game.
Wilson will also perform three shows at the Neptune Theatre next week on Oct. 13, 16, and 17.
“It’s turning 100 soon and we’re sort of going to celebrate that,” she said. “And then after the Neptune shows, I’m going to stay around town and sing the National Anthem at the opening of the Climate Pledge.”
“That is fitting. They had to get a Seattle icon for that,” Dori replied.
