Jessie is a former Army Ranger who served our country out of Fort Lewis here in Washington. Jessie has decided to do what I did back in 2009 — climb Mt. Rainier. But he’s not doing it just for fun. He will Climb to Fight for someone he loved and lost.

Climb to Fight is a cause that raises money for cancer research. Jessie needs to raise $5,000 to complete the mission and he is stuck at $1,100. So Jessie reached out to us today on Facebook. Now we are asking you to visit his crowd funding page and help out.
Part of the Rangers creed is that they “will leave no one behind” or “Ranger lead the Way!”
Well, we have a creed at the Ron and Don Show to leave no soldier behind when they ask for help. Please take a minute to read Jessie’s story, and about his cause Climb to Fight. If we all give up a little of our latte money, we can help this soldier complete his new mission.
He has promised to take good care of my axe on the climb, and he promises to say hi to my friend, the late Brad Perkins, who we let go in 60 mile an hour winds a few short years ago.
