A man was killed in a three-vehicle crash involving an ambulance in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.
The crash happened at James and Boren, just after midnight Wednesday, KIRO 7 reports.
Authorities have not said how the crash happened, but the fire department said that the 61-year-old driver of a Toyota Prius was killed.
The driver of an Acura sedan was taken to the hospital and an ambulance with five people inside, including a patient, was also involved in the crash.
Police say the ambulance was in the left turn lane, without its lights flashing, to turn in to Swedish Hospital, when it was hit. It has some side and front damage.
