Republicans have no clue what is going on around them. They are laughing at Bernie Sanders’ media event “Medicare for All.” The details to this thing are hilarious, but what the GOP doesn’t realize is that he doesn’t care.

RELATED: Jesus Christ was not a lobbyist

The bill calls for the elimination of private insurance. Everyone will get a Medicare card and then all our problems are solved. But, meanwhile, what does Sanders do about the existing system? He wants to slowly kill insurance companies and he wants to take away choice.

The Republicans say this thing is dead on arrival, but they don’t see what Bernie is doing and what he’s doing is brilliant theater. He’s changing the conversation. He gave the new conversation a name: Medicare for All.

He’s making a promise that he can’t follow through on, but the Republicans can’t make any promises about anything at all.

Bernie is giving socialized medicine a catchy name.
