Buhner’s B2B Ranch, highlighted by a 7,500-square foot timber and stone main house, features four bedrooms and 6.25 bathrooms and was first listed for $12 million in 2008. It was relisted at $9,999,000 and then at $7,995,000 before the latest reduction.
