Two men shot Saturday in Seattle

Police say two people were shot Saturday evening in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood.

Man shot, killed in attempted carjacking in SoDo neighborhood

Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 2701 block of Beacon Avenue South around 7 p.m. They discovered a man with a gunshot wound to the leg.

While investigating, officers received reports of a second gunshot wound victims, also hit in the leg, in the 4500 block of South Holly Street.

Both men were transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
