1 dead, 1 injured in Renton shooting

A man was shot and killed in a Renton shooting Sunday.
Police say a man showed up at Plum Tree Park Apartments in Renton, banged on the door and then attempted shooting the lock off the door.
The man forced his way into the apartment and shot a man inside. The man shot died, according to officers.
A woman inside the apartment then shot the intruder.
The intruder sustained serious injuries. Police say he’s in surgery.
All involved are in their early 30s, according to police.
