Major Taylor Project empowering youth for STP ride

Don O’Neill is riding in the Seattle To Portland bike ride next weekend with the Major Taylor Project.

According to its website, the Major Taylor Project “empowers youth from diverse communities through bicycling. In MTP after-school clubs, students establish healthy habits, build relationships, gain confidence and discover their ability to affect positive change.”

Ed Ewing, Major Taylor Project Advisory Council Manager, will joined KIRO Radio’s Ron and Don Show Tuesday at 4 p.m. to explain what MTP does for the community.
