Washington state schools are planning to reopen in fall

It’s certainly not a guarantee, but the Washington State Office of Public Instruction released 55 pages of guidance for reopening school districts in the fall, and is planning to move forward with at least part-time in-person classes. One catch: Not everyone is on board.
