Fatal vehicle accident in Renton on Petrovitsky Road

Police believe excessive speed was the cause of a fatal accident in Renton on Tuesday night after a vehicle veered off the roadway, flipped over, went through a fence and caught fire.
It happened just before 11 p.m. on Southeast Petrovitsky Road.
BE ADVISED: Fatality vehicle accident, 12400 Blk of SE Petrovitsky Rd. Vehicle flipped and ended up in yard of residence and caught fire. Please avoid the area as roads are closed for traffic investigation. /clm

The car ended up balanced on a retaining wall and a motor home. No one was inside the motor home at the time of the crash.

The driver died at the scene and has not yet been identified.
