A man arrested for DUI in Tacoma should be familiar with the process. On Sunday after a hit-and-run collision at Oakland Memorial Park in Tacoma he was charged for the sixth time with driving under the influence.

Roberto Singletary, 33, is pleading not guilty to felony DUI and driving on a suspended license.

Since 2007, Singletary has received five DUI convictions, according to the Tacoma News Tribune.

On Sunday, witnesses told police car crashed into the fence at Oakland Memorial Park, and afterwards the driver and passenger switched places.

Singletary was in the driver’s seat when the car left the scene, police said. Cops stopped the car shortly after leaving the scene and found marijuana and a suspected vial of PCP inside.

Singletary admitted to police he smoked pot before driving.
