Video: Is graffiti now legal in the city of Seattle?

A federal judge ruled this week that the City of Seattle cannot enforce its anti-graffiti ban. That leaves Seattle Police in a sticky position when it comes to property damage laws, and whether or not graffiti is now considered legal in the city.
