Video: Person seen fleeing before vacant house in Judkins Park goes up in flames

In a video from a neighbor, a figure can be seen fleeing a vacant home in the Seattle neighborhood of Judkins Park before the house catches fire. Seattle Fire is currently investigating the incident.
