Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers are blocking traffic in all directions at Northeast 50th Street and 16th Avenue Northeast in the University District.
The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) reported the police activity around 5 p.m. Tuesday via X.
SDOT advised drivers to use alternate routes.
