Airlines roll out extra flights for Seahawks 12s heading to Super Bowl

Multiple airlines have added flights from Seattle to Santa Clara, catering to Seahawks fans migrating to the Bay Area for the Super Bowl.
Alaska Airlines has added 16 round-trip flights from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to San Jose (SJC) and San Francisco (SFO), according to KIRO 7.
All Alaska Airlines flights departing SEA en route to the Super Bowl are available at alaskaair.com.

American Airlines added several flights to its schedule, with departures on Feb. 5, 6, and 7 from SEA to SJC, with two additional returning flights on Feb. 9.
After the big game, American Airlines will provide two return flights from SJC to SEA on Feb. 9.
The full list of American Airlines flights includes:
- Flight 412 from Seattle (SEA) to San Jose (SJC) operates Feb. 5, 6, 7, departing at 1:15 p.m. and arriving at 3:27 p.m.
- Flight 412 from San Jose (SJC) to Seattle (SEA) on Feb. 9, departing at 8:00 a.m. and arriving at 10:20 a.m.
- Flight 206 from San Jose (SJC) to Seattle (SEA) on Feb. 9, departing at 2:25 p.m. and arriving at 4:45 p.m.
All flights are currently available at aa.com.
Additional Super Bowl flights on United Airlines
United Airlines rounded out the list of extra flights with one direct round-trip flight from Seattle to San Jose.
Flight 1411, a play on Sam Darnold’s (No. 14) connection with Jaxon Smith-Njigba (No. 11), is set to depart from SEA towards SJC on Feb. 7.
Flight 2710 will return from SJC to Seattle on Feb. 9.
