Anthony’s Founder Budd Gould Dies at 85

Budd Gould opened the first Anthony’s HomePort on the shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland in 1976, laying the foundation for what would become one of the Pacific Northwest’s most recognizable seafood restaurant groups. Gould’s family has suggested that rather than send flowers, those who wish to commemorate Gould’s legacy consider donating to a local Boys & Girls Club or culinary arts program.
