Wright Runstad & Co. Submits Design Review Applications for Bellevue Residential Projects

Commercial developer Wright Runstad & Co. recently submitted a design review application for two eight-story residential buildings that would be constructed at 1209 124th Ave. NE in Bellevue‘s BelRed neighborhood, the Downtown Bellevue Network reported.

The building proposal would span over two blocks in the Spring District, with the buildings estimated to bring in 560 apartment units. Both buildings are expected to rise 79 feet. The Block 1 building would host 251 units and 289 parking stalls, while the second building would have 304 units and 348 parking stalls.

Wright Runstad & Co. also recently submitted separate design review applications for two other buildings in the same district.

The architects for the buildings will be Clark | Barnes, with construction expected to begin in November 2027.
